The VTCT Skills (iTEC) ESOL International exam certificates are received from England approximately two (2) weeks after the announcement of the results and are sent by courier.
The certificates of the F.L.S. candidates are sent to the address of F.L.S. and are distributed to candidates exclusively by the F.L.S..
The certificates of the Individual Candidates are sent to the address declared by the candidate during their registration.
E-certificates
Candidates that have succeeded in the exam will be sent an e-certificate, i.e. the certificate itself in electronic form. E-certificates are available within 2–3 working days from the date of announcement of the results, so that candidates and Foreign Language Schools can receive them much faster.
E-certificates are valid only in electronic form and are not considered valid in hard copy. In some cases (e.g. submission to competitions or public services), e-certificates may require translation and/or authentication, depending on the requirements of each service.
Certificate replacement
In case of loss of a VTCT SKILLS certificate or an error in the certificate, the Foreign Language School or Independent Candidates can request its replacement. The service is charged at 80€, which must be deposited in the following bank account with the reason NAME CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT:

The proof of deposit should then be sent by e-mail to the Examinations Department at info@besa.edu.gr indicating the request for replacement and the candidate’s details.
Certificates will be received from England approximately one (1) month after receipt of the replacement request and will be sent to the applicant or to the Foreign Language School by courier.
